Get Dressed to Shoes including Hair/Face, Brush Teeth
– Make Bed
-Swish & Swipe
-Reboot Laundry (a Load a Day Keeps CHAOS Away)
-Check Your Calendar
-Check Your Control Journal
* What’s For Dinner? Spaghetti bolognese
* Drink Your Water – got 6 glasses in today
* Declutter for 15 Minutes – didn’t get around to this
* 15 Minutes of Loving Movement (exercise) -walked to the shop and back again
* Before Bed Routine:
-Lay out Your Clothes for tomorrow – forgot to bring in dry washing
-Check Your Calendar – food shop
-Put things needed for tomorrow at the Launch Pad – handbag ready to go
-Where are your Keys? In handbag
-Spend Two Minutes Clearing off a Hot Spot – not tonight
-Shine Your Sink – yep!
– Wash face/Brush Teeth – not tonight, will shower in morning
-Go to Bed at a Decent Hour – 10pm!
Today has been a bit full on, will get back into the swing of things tomorrow
